A Guide to Intuitive Eating.


One of the newest 'fad' phrases and concepts thrown around by social media influencers, intuitive eating is a real thing that isn't taught in one session or from reading a social post caption.


Intuitive eating is about trusting your body and allowing your mind to feel comfortable making choices around foods that feel good in your body, without judgment and without influence from diet culture.


Intuitive eating was taught on its own lesson for this session, but elements of the practice are embraced throughout all of my client's coaching memberships with Dead Set.


Adopting a new mindset about food and your emotions takes time. With the help of a coach keeping you accountable, and with the right positive reinforcement, your newly developed best practices can easily become your new lifestyle.
