I used to chill and watch TV all day...until moving my body became the reg. Adopting a more active lifestyle helped me keep the weight I lost off in a more manageable and effortless way.
Going to the park for a walk to get some fresh cool air, playing with the pups in the backyard, or enjoying the seasonal activities that make the holidays so much more fun with the people I love most - being more active becomes part of who you are instead of a chore.
And don't be afraid to try new things! Find the activities you like best, start incorporating them into your weekly routines. You'll have so much more fun while you keep progressing (or maintaining) along your journey to your best life!
