Calories Aren't Currency


Starving yourself all week to save your calories so you can go buckwild and binge on the weekend is canceled!


Plan for a properly portioned dessert on Monday or Tuesday. Have a different one on Friday. Whatever makes you happy!


As long as you are eating within your calorie deficit and picking nutritious foods 80% of the time, allowing yourself to enjoy your meals and a few treats throughout the week leads to a healthier and more satisfying relationship with food.
