Chocolate peanut butter baked oats

A favorite breakfast and recommendation to Dead Set clients: Baked Oats, because who DOESN'T want to eat a delicious little cake for brekkies!?

The complex carbs, protein, and fat in this breakfast keep you full for hours.



Ingredients 1/2 cup Rolled Oats 1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce 1/2 cup Unsweetened Ripple Protein Milk 1 tbsp. Cocoa Powder 1 tbsp. Stevia in the Raw 1/4 tsp. Baking Powder



STEP 1 Put all ingredients in a blender, Nutribullet, or smoothie machine and mix until combined - the final product will look like cake batter. STEP 2 Pour mixture into a greased ramekin and top with your favorites - mine are a dollop of peanut butter (it gets all melty when warm - YUM!) and mini chocolate chips. STEP 3 Pop into a 350 degree oven for 18 - 20 minutes, and let rest 10 minutes before eating.
