Poor diet is responsible for more deaths globally than tobacco, high blood pressure, or any other health risk, according to a recent scientific study.
The study, from the Institute of Health Metrics and Evaluation, states that while the impact of individual dietary factors varies across countries, three dietary factors:
🍞 Low intake of high-quality whole grains
🍏 Low intakes of fruits and vegetables
🧂 High consumption of sodium
Account for more than 50% of diet-related deaths.
What you eat is *literally* what you are made of.
Don't you want to give yourself the best chance of living a long life?
Don't say 'tomorrow'. It's time to be proactive and take the first steps towards a healthier you.
