So much food guilt surrounds the holidays.


Foods you don't normally eat. A lot of them. Big servings.


That pushy aunt that isn't satisfied until you've had at least seconds of everything *cough* AUNT JANE *cough*


The key to sustaining a healthier life is not perfection.


It's consistency.


You don't need to say 'no' to everything every single day. Enjoy the foods that make the holidays special.


But today, say no to the "f- it" cupcakes for breakfast.


Say no to skipping your workout because you'll start up again in 2022.


Today, just get back on track and try your best to follow through on your healthy habits.
