What are the things you tell yourself when stuff gets hard?
Do everything you can to speak positively to yourself!
Here's one of the things I repeat in my mind when I'm struggling to hit a new pace or when I'm getting gassed from a tough workout.
The same phrase can be applied to creating new habits, adding healthier foods to your diet, or even making better choices when food shopping.
New practices DO get easier as you become more accustomed to putting in the work.
And remember, your affirmations don't need to be complicated.
Just remind yourself that your efforts will pay off in the end, and your struggle today will make you GREATER LATER!
