PLEASE!
Do not demonize your plate and eating habits today.
Do not punish yourself with extra exercise in the morning or tomorrow.
Do not refrain from having dessert because you ate foods you aren't used to eating.
DO:
Eat an amount your comfortable with (no one likes being so full they can't move).
Enjoy the time with your loved ones.
Remember that exercising is a gift, and one meal will NOT make you 'FAT'!
