I used to consider myself a failure ALL THE TIME. I'd get so down on myself, talking horribly about my performance and how I'd never be able to do what I wanted to do.
It caused even worse performance, more failures, and a broken spirit.
Now, I see missed goals as opportunities to try again.
I give myself credit for trying things that make me uncomfortable.
I applaud every effort - and know I did everything I could to make it to success...sometimes, it's just not your time and that's okay.
It's okay to fail. It's okay to let yourself feel bad for a missed goal. But it's never okay to talk shit about yourself.
Every failure is an opportunity to learn and take notes on how to improve for next time.
So what would you do if you knew you couldn't fail?
