Yesterday was the first-ever Dead Set Nutrition & Fitness hosted 'Kindness Rocks' paint event!
Kindness Rocks, designed by the Howell Alliance, aims to create awareness of and eliminate substance use / mental health disorder stigmas through positive messages of hope, healing, compassion, and acceptance.
These rocks will be given back to the Howell Alliance, and will go on display at a local storefront for community members to take home and look to when they need a positive reminder in their lives.
We finished the day with 16 beautifully rocks painted by members of our community.
