Here's the thing: oatmeal doesn't have to taste crappy.
Today's the day we stop throwing shade at oats, and incorporate them into our diets on a consistent basis!
Pictured here is my favorite: Peanut butter cookie baked oats.
These oats taste BOMB with a little whipped cream on top - enjoy dessert for breakfast!
Ingredients 1/2 cup Rolled Oats 1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce 1/2 cup Unsweetened Ripple Protein Milk 1 tbsp. PB2 Peanut Butter Powder 1 tbsp. Stevia in the Raw 1/4 tsp. Baking Powder 1 tbsp. Mini Chocolate Chips 1 tbsp. Peanut Butter of choice STEP 1 Put all ingredients (minus chocolate chips) in a blender, Nutribullet, or smoothie machine and mix until combined - the final product will look like cake batter. STEP 2 Add mini chocolate chips and stir. Pour mixture into a greased ramekin and top with a dollop of peanut butter. STEP 3 Pop into a 350 degree oven for 18 - 20 minutes, and let rest 10 minutes before eating.
