The scale lies...measurements don't!


It's very common for the scale to stay the same when losing weight, which can be super discouraging to individuals who are working hard to make progress towards their goals.


In reality, your body is transforming! Lean muscle is denser than body fat, creating smaller measurements as you become more fit but often keeping the scale the same.


Make sure you aren't discounting your hard work.


Keep track or your weight AND measurements for the most accurate picture of your progress.
