Want to know the best exercise for fat loss? There is no one best option!


I've been seeing a lot of posts hating on group workouts - saying that Orangetheory, F45, and Peloton classes are not sufficient training to make changes in your body.


I can't explain how much I disagree with this! Not only because I love Orangetheory myself, but also because the assumption made is made on a personal preference of a different kind of exercise.


The goal of these programs, as well as self-led exercises, is to get you moving. And of course, proper and consistent movement leads to building of muscle and loss of fat.


If you enjoy classes, have a community of support, break a sweat, and try hard every time you show up - you're doing a great job.


If you prefer to go for a solo run or lifting session on your own, crush every workout, and look forward to time focusing on yourself - you're doing a great job.


The key to building muscle and losing fat has NO specific answer.


The best exercise for fat loss is whatever YOU like best, because if you like what you're doing, you're more likely to stick with.


Do what you love, create consistent habits, and you will reap the benefits of not just a healthier body, but a healthier and happier relationship with exercise.
