I hate posts about how we all have the same 24 hours in a day, you have no excuses, yada yada yada…
Take it from someone who is a:
✔️ Business Owner & Entrepreneur (x2!)
✔️ Full Time Head of Marketing
✔️ Mom & Chauffeur
✔️ Responsive Coach
✔️ Personal Fitness Enthusiast
✔️ 200 Hour Certification Student
Life can be overwhelming and defeating, and it can feel like you’re constantly running from one thing to another.
My personal path to success? It’s nothing close to rocket science:
I plan ahead to be efficient.
While the TV is on at night and I’m winding down, I’m doing my ab workouts and then assisting clients from my couch.
When I’m working out at 5:45 AM, I know my daughter and I have lunch already packed and ready to go for the day because they were made the night before.
And when I’m finally getting my hair done after 3+ months of neglect, I’m taking that 2.5 hours of sitting in the same chair to study for the new certification I’m progressing through instead of scrolling mindlessly through Reels (which, don’t get me wrong, I still do on occasion).
Life can be crazy busy.
We do all have the same 24 hours. No one should feel guilty for taking time to rest, not being able to prioritize themselves, or having to focus their attention on anything that isn’t what others would consider ‘success’.
I challenge take a moment today to see where you can fit in working on yourself in your current schedule. You deserve the focus.
Need help finding it? I’m just a short DM away 💛
