Not every day is going to be an 'on' day.
Not every day is going to be filled with positivity, sunshine, and rainbows.
Any trainer or coach who tells you otherwise is lying.
We all have a day we could have made better choices, laid on the couch and binge watched TV, or had a bad mental health day.
And that's not just okay, its normal!
Don't guilt yourself on taking a day to do what you feel you have to do to take care of yourself - either mentally or physically.
The key to success is getting back on track after having a 'bad' day.
Your progress will still be there the day after!
