What even is a nutrition coach?
When I explain to people what I do, I get asked that question a lot.
‘So you make meal plans’…..nope.
‘You do meal delivery services’…..nah.
‘You go food shopping for people?’ No bro, I don’t even want to go to the food store for myself!
As a nutrition coach:
💛 I help people have a better understanding of how to fuel their bodies, and ultimately, together we develop the new habits you need to gain and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
💛 I teach lessons that help you make better choices on your own.
💛 I offer guidance of ingredients, products, and swaps for healthier options.
💛 I offer help in understanding how to cook healthier meals for you and your family.
💛 I help you PERFORM better and get the most out of your workouts.
💛 Most importantly, I help you understand that food is a TOOL – not something you should be afraid of.
Your goal might be to lose weight – or maybe, you’re looking to gain weight.
You might be looking for the best way to fuel your body for a personal best.
With these lessons, you are armed with material to make the choices NOW and into the FUTURE to gain and attain your goals, and we track your progress over our time together and fine tune your plan to fit your needs best.
