Come race day on May 22, I'll at least know I put everything I could into training for this half marathon.
Rain all weekend means treadmill long run (again), so I just went for it today instead of Saturday AM.

2 hours 15 minutes...
Staying in the same damn place 🤣
I'm not the fastest.
I prob won't even hit the time goal I'm telling myself not to set.
One thing is for sure: I can look back and know I was dedicated to doing the best I can.
As I laced up today knowing I'd be in my basement for over 2 hours, I reminded myself of the one thing I've said to myself every time I train:
Whatever it takes! 💪🏻
And through it all, my Garmin still won't admit I'm productive 😂
