Today is #womensequalityday and a reminder as women (and men!) that we deserve equal opportunities - regardless of gender.
There's a Reel audio that I absolutely HATE - it states that 'Alpha women don't run in packs - they're often alone', blah blah blah.
I call bull$h*t on it.
Alphas, regardless of gender, know the strength that comes with running in a pack. They know the benefits of having members of all skillsets alongside them.
Real winners know that someone else's success does NOT mean you're a failure.
A reminder to ALL leaders:
🚫 We are not in competition with each other.
🚫 We don't get jealous of other's wins.
✔️ We STAND up and SPEAK up for what's right.
✔️ We challenge each other to be better.
✔️ We lift each other up when we stumble.
Most importantly, we create a culture of, and raise our own, strong and compassionate women and men who believe and embody equality.
Thank you to all the strong people in my life that push me to reach for the stars.
Thank you to my daughter for believing in me, and for being my daily inspiration to always keep going no matter what I face.
Now get out there and TAKE what you deserve!
