YOU DON'T NEED A DRINK!


My wish for everyone in 2022: healthier coping mechanisms for those stressful days.


I used to drink casually all the time. Hey, I don't judge people who still do! But using a substance to deal with misplaced emotion isn't the right answer.


I find it helpful to take a minute when I'm frustrated, overwhelmed, sad, or angry to figure out exactly what I need to feel better, and then communicate that to those around me.


Whatever it is, you're entitled to it. 💛
