You Got This!

When I say my daughter is the best thing to ever happen to me, I truly mean it.

This is a message she wrote for me when she "forgot something" and went downstairs quickly to get it. Sending my Mantra back to me...'you got this'.

I saw it in the morning when I started my workout and almost cried. I needed that encouragement.

She's my biggest fan and my drive to keep being better every day. She always puts a smile on my face, and helps me be a better person.

You got this? You eat this?

Either way...she is right 😂
